Appointment Policies for Pay as You Go
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
- To respect the time of other students, your appointment begins and ends at the scheduled time even if you arrive late.
- Appointments must be paid for in advance.
Appointment Policies for HCC Library Special
- The 4 paid-for sessions will occur weekly in the consecutive order on the same day of the week and at the same time as agreed upon at the beginning.
- Cancellations or reschedules will not be honored.
- Session’s physical location is always the HCC Library (10451 Nancy Watkins Dr, Tampa, 33619) and can not be changed.
- With enough advance notice, the session can be moved to online if necessary at no additional cost.
