Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable
To respect the time of other students, your appointment begins and ends at the scheduled time even if you arrive late.
Appointments must be paid for in advance.
Tutoring Plans
Unlimited tutoring plans are monthly subscription plans and you will be billed automatically each month until you choose to cancel.
You will receive an emailed invoice upon each renewal.
You can cancel your tutoring plan anytime. Either tell Malika directly you wish to cancel, or you can cancel your own plan by editing your account (link accessible at the bottom of every invoice). Upon cancellation, you can still schedule tutoring sessions until your paid term has expired.
Refunds
There are no refunds on completed appointments.
There are no refunds on scheduled appointments where you failed to show up.
Refunds on cancelled appointments can be issued if there was more than 24 hours notice.
Refunds on the unused portion of the package of hours are only issued after the initial session. If you bought your package and decided to not continue with us after the first session, we will refund your money minus the going rate for the initial session.
